FAQ

How do we book and how far in advance?

Booking your wedding photography is simple! Once we’ve discussed your date and chosen the perfect package, I’ll send over a contract and retainer invoice to officially secure your spot. Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding months, but I occasionally have last-minute openings — so it’s always worth reaching out to check availability.

do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to make booking your wedding photography easy and stress-free. A non-refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance divided into manageable payments leading up to your wedding day. This ensures your date is fully secured on my calendar and allows us to plan every detail with confidence.

Can you recommend any locations?

Absolutely! I’ll guide you through natural posing so you look and feel relaxed in every photo. I also help create a smooth photography timeline to ensure every special moment is captured. I’m happy to work alongside your wedding planner or coordinate directly with you to keep everything organized and stress-free.

will you travel for our wedding?

Absolutely! I’m always up for an adventure and love photographing weddings and elopements in new places. I’m based in the Pacific Northwest, and while local travel is included, there’s a small fee for destinations outside the area depending on mileage and travel needs. I’ll go anywhere in the world to capture your love story.

Do you work with wedding planners or coordinators?

Yes — I can seamlessly work with your wedding planner or coordinate directly with you if you don’t have one. My goal is to make the photography process stress-free, so I’ll adapt to whatever setup best fits your day.

Of course! Before your wedding, we’ll go over a list of important people and moments you want photographed so nothing is missed. During the day, I’ll make sure all key shots happen smoothly without taking you away from the celebration for too long.

My approach is a mix of candid documentary, posed and artistic photography — I capture the real, candid emotions as they unfold, but also guide you through creative, natural poses when needed. I aim to blend in like a friend with a camera, so your photos feel relaxed, authentic, and full of warmth.
